Airmar 33-483-01 Blanking Plug for B744VL

This part is a replacement blanking plug for an original version B744VL transducer. A blanking plug is used to seal off the transducer when the paddlewheel insert has been removed for cleaning. The overall length of this plug is 8.82" (224mm).

Note that there are two models of B744V/B744VL. The original version used a clevis pin with a lower retaining plastic cap. The newer version uses upper and lower plastic retaining caps and no clevis pin. This part is for the original version (see insert in image).
