NMEA 0183 B17 Bronze High-Precision Temp Sensor B17-HP

The B17 High-Precision Temperature Sensor responds quickly and accurately to temperature changes. The bronze button on the sensor's face and the specialized fast-response thermistor provide a five-second time constant and ±0.3º C accuracy. This sensor can output precision-temperature data to a fishfinder, chart plotter, digital display, or computer. It is ideal for commercial and sportfishing applications as it can help skippers detect thermal boundaries and eddies which attract bait concentrations and game fish.
