Lowrance Fishfinder Transducer SS60-20-BL

The SS60 is a 600W through-hull low-profile depth and temperature transducer with a stainless steel housing, that operates at 50kHz and 200kHz. It has a fixed (non-retractable) insert.

The 20 deg tilt transducer is suitable for deadrise angles from 16 deg to 24 deg. The ceramic element is tilted inside the transducer to compensate for the boats deadrise (angle of the hull). This aims the beam directly at the bottom for accurate readings.

Although most SS60s are now made as a generic 'mix and match' (MM) transducer with a brand-specific adapter cable, this unit has a different internal circuitry and a permanent fixed 10M cable and cannot be used with MM adapters.

Lowrance fishfinders that take the older gray 7-pin connector can use this transducer, but the temperature function will not work.

This item consists of the transducer with a cable ending in a Lowrance blue 7-pin connector as used on many Lowrance fishfinders and sounders. This unit also fits the Simrad NSE series.
