Lowrance Simrad Fishfinder Transducer SS60-12-BL

Important : there are two versions of this transducer available. One has a fixed cable and will work with all Lowrance equipment that uses the gray or blue 7-pin transducer connector, including the HDS series. The other is a Mix and Match version with an adapter cable, and this newer version is for use only with the Lowrance HDS series, and Simrad NSE, NSS, NSO and will not work with older Lowrance equipment. The SS60 is a 600W through-hull low-profile depth and temperature transducer with a stainless steel housing, that operates at 50kHz and 200kHz. It has a fixed (non-retractable) insert.

The 12 deg tilt transducer is suitable for deadrise angles from 8 deg to 15 deg. The ceramic element is tilted inside the transducer to compensate for the boats deadrise (angle of the hull). This aims the beam directly at the bottom for accurate readings.

The SS60 is identical in performance to the B117 with a bronze housing (zero tilt), the P319 with a plastic housing (zero tilt), and the B60 with a bronze housing (12/20 deg tilt).
